As a multi-talented person, you look at the world in a different way. As a result, you are able to see solutions where others encounter problems. Organizations that get that want to work with you precisely because you know how to make different connections.

But what happens in practice? On the contrary, organizations often struggle to accommodate the gifted. Because, oh woe, they don’t fit into a box. And not in an open-plan office either. People who do not color within the lines are difficult to manage.
Right?
Bla, bla, we say. Missed opportunity we think. We know it can be done differently. Multitalented people work more broadly than one cubicle. That goes without saying. Give them a whole pasture instead of an office yard.
We are therefore going to change things. In collaboration with organizations that understand that with the gifted you open other horizons, we create new solutions. Is your organization also participating?

What is The Stage?
The Stage does not offer internships but a stage. A stage where the power of multi-talent becomes tangible. We bridge the gap between the gifted and organizations.

– We identify gifted people in companies and organizations where they are invisible to those around them and often themselves.
Because it’s just possible. And The Stage shows how.
So what does The Stage do?
We are currently doing four things:
- This page is a theater door to our podcast The Stage in which multi-talented people address a different aspect of giftedness in each episode. But we also talk to companies. Click here to go to podcast The Stage.
- The Stage hosts an event once a year for gifted and interested individuals. We then explore together the space that multi-talented individuals need to reach their full potential. It’s always a party. Sign up here.
- We publish an Art Nouveaux magazine that deals with what gifted people have to offer within business and service industries. Especially at a time when society faces great challenges. The magazine is bursting at the seams with quirkiness.
- The Stage lends people for a fee. No, no, The Stage is not an employment agency. This is also not our business model. We want a shift in how business thinks. We want talent to excel and flourish.
