Our program offerings

We offer a variety of programs. These will be published shortly with more information on this site, but in the meantime, take note of our program “Innovation Power”!

Innovation power – for people who want to create movement

“Going into other worlds in search of that which you need to develop well in your own place.”

Purpose of this program

Everyone has strong traits, but are you using them to their full potential? During our Innovation Power program you will step out of the delusion of everyday life and join other participants in other worlds in their search for how things can be done, or can be done differently. In this quest, marketing, art, heroes, music, writing, emotion, chaos, sports & games, innovation are among the central themes. You learn from yourself, your fellow participants and the outside world that needs to be visited. How easy is it to incorporate the language and habits of your environment and how difficult is it to become critical of that same environment again and regain your own voice and language? Why do we do the things we do? Could it be otherwise? And what do I actually think, and how can I make that opinion resonate in my organization in such a way that something is done with it? Am I coming into my own in my current position? Or can I do more, differently? So how do I get there? Just some of the questions addressed in this training.

You learn to look wider, do things differently and understand what you need.

Our working method

We use a mix of proven methods, but the main method we use is Action Learning. Action Learning is a process of insightful questioning and reflective listening. To yourself and to others.

Program content

We ask a lot of you. You won’t end up in a bed of plenty. There are no rules. We disrupt. You must find your own learning question and you must find what our program brings you. You are taken on a quest both in your work and private life. Depending on the composition of the group, you can roughly expect the following:

Day 1 (day 1+2) : What are you good at?

Through various games, you will (further) identify what you are good at and what you can use it all for. You’re going to make your footprint.

Daypart 3 : Outside

Take a concrete issue/theme/research in mind, step inside a company and ask how they would take up this issue. At the end of this part of the day, experiences are shared.

Day 4 : Solving problems in your work

Solve problems by working together smartly, by actively networking and forming alliances. We start small and set achievable goals (assignment).

Daypart 5 : Occupy your own space

What do you really want? And what do you have to do for that? Handouts to reflect on yourself.

Day Part 6: Ode

To know your own talents is also to recognize your shortcomings. By writing an ode, you learn to look at the talents of others and give compliments, as well as receive them, because odes are also written to you. Knowing what you can “get” from those around you, you no longer have to do everything alone.

Daypart 7: Revenue sharing

During this last part of the day you make visible what (research) question you have been working on and what discoveries you have made (about yourself) and what it has brought you.

The program supervisors

Our program is supervised by Els van Noorduijn and Chantal Jansen.

Els comes from the sports world, has been involved in athletics at the top sports level. She was a participant in the Olympics. The program therefore has many elements from the world of (top) sports.

Chantal has a solid background in HR and now works mostly as a process facilitator in team development, whether or not partly as an interim team manager.
