Room for development
of talents, giftedness, people and organization, innovation and so much more. Our pathways are customized, but often include one or more components and products from this page.
Recognize & Guide
Everyone has some degree of giftedness, not everyone wants to or can still excel in multiple areas. Who are they, who have untapped potential, how do we recognize their talents? Participants create a footprint in which they learn to discover and articulate their giftedness and what they are good at. We guide boards, directors, executives, teams and individual employees with practical assignments and challenges to achieve outstanding results.
Create a Footprint of your talents
We all leave an impression on others. Among friends and family, among the “inner circle,” colleagues and in sporadic and spontaneous encounters. What does the other person notice? What do you do very well, or exceptionally? We usually do not ask, but the conversation about this is very valuable. Veelbegaafd gives you tools for making such a footprint and feedback on how you word it. A valuable process.
Research & Innovation
We explore giftedness within “people and organization” and apply it to complex issues. Design research always has something of solution and change towards the future and develops immediate value (insights, ideas, products) for the participants and the organization. We organize kick-off meetings to change the mindset, and make new combinations with arrangements of, for example, top sport and culture. We guide change processes with challenges that focus on people and their talents.
Play & Work
Play & Work is an excellent way to address complex issues.
We engage with young people, board members, various groups on an issue.
We use play to arrive at different insights and results.
Training & Reflecting
Meet
Every encounter could be an inspiration to develop yourself or your organization.
An opportunity to learn something and reflect on it.
We host conversations between promising participants and top performers in a particular field, using the “in-between space” to innovate.
In podcast conversations, people look back on their development and find ahead to the future.
For individuals, groups, teams and organizations, we organize training around development themes.
Interlocutor
We are discussion partners for boards, directors and executives around topics such as giftedness and talent, strategy and change.
We bring people with different levels of ambition together and facilitate the conversation. Sometimes we facilitate the conversation, but more so we facilitate the preparation so that conversations in organizations yield valuable insights, collaboration and results.
Themes we work on together
giftedness, talent, play and work, innovation, strategy, change and labor market
Labor Market & Communications
Many organizations are dealing with valuable employees leaving the organization. For example, because they get bored easily, want to be challenged more. For example, the job and managing the job limits talents and opportunities too much. Gifted individuals who perform at a high level and can do more than the job offers or requires are constantly seeking new challenges. How do you communicate to the market and internally that you have room for this and that it is pleasant to work with people with different levels of ambition?
Together we develop strategies for retaining the gifted who are easily bored and want to be more challenged. We support the development of practices in which people with different levels of ambition work together effectively. In the tight labor market, we look at job openings and job postings from a different perspective. Together with participants from the organization, we develop appropriate communications.

The stage is a stage for people who want to excel, to develop, to discover and explore.
