How nice that you have visited so many and so often Gifted on LinkedIn, our website and event. We look forward to seeing you again in 2025 as well.

This year’s theme is: seeing who you are, what you are good at and when you are at your best. When we are at our best together.

‘You can do a lot, but not everything, ‘ is what we say at Gifted. Which environment and which people bring out the best? In which environments you can find us: with young people, labor market, companies and organizations, (top) sports, education and the cultural sector.

A new era: being younger and older differently

We often speak of a new age. What our young people are doing now, we could not have imagined 25 years ago. The amount of innovation and change is playground for some; others drop out completely. How do we organize ourselves? Are you collaborating on new insights into how we learn, innovate and collaborate?

  • February 5: Young Talent Investment
Want insights into investing in (your) talents and organization? Discover and participate.
Directors, entrepreneurs, policy makers discover organizational principles that work in a changing world by doing. We bring these into focus with Natalie Fonteni Arduin. Download the flyer.
  • Innovation in the education chain: application J.W. Rengelink Fund
If we (don’t) see what young people are good at, what does the connection from secondary, to high school and higher education look like? How do you work with another person who thinks, does and can do things differently than you? Together with Inholland University of Applied Sciences and partner Peter van den Heuvel.
  • Renewal inward and outward
We get it together. How do you bring renewal and change into the organization? In various organizations in technology, healthcare, social services, education, etc., we do business projects with sustainable impact in our own unique way.
  • Innovative Learning and Development Podcasts in the Development Space
In interaction and encounter, we learn from each other: socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. In interaction, something happens that cannot be learned in books or from paper. With innovative podcasts from the PodPastFuture, we look back and forward.

You are that other and different

Of course we are similar in many ways. We often only notice that someone else is different. So can we see from another what that other person is very good at and are we at our best together?

  • Autism? We will play tennis at the Laren LTC tennis club. Together with the Papageno Foundation and Natalia Medvedeva. Together with Barbara Huygen of the University of Groningen, we are investigating how tennis contributes to the development of independence.
  • Diversely gifted? Artist and labor market expert? We bring together graffiti art and labor market issues. By partner Levi Willemstein.
    Art Works!
  • Connect and move on? Educational directors, teachers, deans, policy makers see and (h)recognize the needs of young people.

At your best

You are at your best in specific environments: people, spaces, resources, interactions and encounters.

  • Coaching of young talented elite athletes in ice hockey, tennis, athletics, soccer, etc.
  • Everyone is gifted and performs at their “own” level and in their own way. High-achieving gifted people can do one or more things very well. We need everyone for the complex challenges. We work on complex issues where everyone uses their own talents and together we are at our best.
  • Watch and listen to our video series At Your Best.

We know that we do not yet know

Relaxation is so important in exciting times. Let’s make something beautiful together this year. That means having all senses open to beautiful, interesting, educational things and collaborations. In February you can become a Friend or Active supporter with which you support the work of Gifted and stay informed about all the interesting outcomes of our activities.

Follow us on LinkedIn as well. We look forward to seeing you at one or more activities.
