Play and Work, discover the dynamics of gifted many
April 10 in Wageningen, you can be at the next Play and Work event. Top athletes, entrepreneurs, directors, writers/poets, musicians, students, researchers, etc. come together in this, get to know each other and combine the development strength around two complex issues. The past events have shown how amazingly quickly this diversity of people get to know each other and develop solutions together.
The goal of our events is to get clear on the importance of giftedness within organizations, how to get it visible and how to make it work for your organization. We do this in our own, for us just but so unique and effective, way: We’re going to play!
Indeed, play invites one to think of solutions to situations again and again. Dynamics are needed to allow scenarios to emerge that were not visible before or even thought possible. You can discover that dynamic at the event. Sometimes a solution becomes immediately apparent. Sometimes it becomes clear what is needed and needs to be developed. As a result, issue contributors and you yourself will return home with multifaceted experiences and insights.
On this day we will be inspired by Stephan Ummelen of the book Meaning & Bullshit. Els van Noorduijn, former Olympic finalist and founder Gifted, shares knowledge about the meaning of giftedness. Among other things, you will work with multiple young talents. In many ways, we give meaning to what happens that day. And much more. That is gifted play and work.
