February event announcement: Young Talent Investment
In February, Gifted Multitalented is organizing the Young Talent Investment event.
For Young Multitalented (15 to 24 years old), and companies and organizations that want to discover the strategic value of (young) gifted people.
Innovation and investing in a sustainable future are central to this.
Sustainable actions, sustainable knowledge, sustainable skills are important for everyone’s future.
How do you invest in them?
This event brings together up to 10 gifted young people with forward-thinking companies that want to excel in innovation, people and technology.
During this event, young talents from different disciplines and age groups learn how to invest in themselves.
They are challenged in different ways by the experts of Gifted.
Together they work on one or two real issues with investment potential, where both young people and companies gain valuable insights.
Versatile guides the preliminary discussion with the companies and the formulation of challenging questions.
For companies and organizations
HR, Innovation and Development leaders discover the strategic value of working with (young) gifted individuals.
They gain concrete insights into how multifaceted talents can accelerate innovation and growth, and explore new investment opportunities this collaboration offers.
This helps companies recognize, encourage, and effectively deploy diversity in talents and skills within their organizations.
For the Young Talents
Young people gain deep insights into their own skills and talents and learn how to further develop and leverage their versatility to make an impact in their development, growth, and possible later work.
They go home with new insights, new networks, and concrete ideas on how to use their versatility to make an impact in both their personal, sports, and professional lives.
Versatile guides this event with extensive knowledge and experience in talent development and innovation to deliver value for both the companies and the young people.

Getting Started
Veelbegaafd coaches top young athletes, pupils, students and young professionals who are gifted, who perform highly in several areas and want to excel in them.
Between the ages of 15 and 24.
The development you go through as a young person lays an important foundation for your future achievements.
For example, have you developed independence, autonomy, creativity and versatility?
Or are you easily dependent on others in your thinking and actions?
Do you feel free to know what is good for you and do that?
Your environment
Is your environment working and moving with your development? Do they have the knowledge, resources and skills to match? Sometimes your feelings, your body, tells you exactly what is needed, but your head does not yet want to do it. And sometimes it’s the other way around. That applies to you, and also to parents/caregivers, teachers, trainers/coaches, physical therapists, managers, et cetera. How do they support you? In the development space, we include both young people and their environment. That development goes step by step in a very dynamic balance. Versatile works with people and resources who seek this balance with you.
Getting acquainted in the development space
An introduction means getting to work. Doing something, in movement, in conversation with each other, to discover together where your talents lie, how the interplay of head and body with all thedifferent intelligences works for you, and to find ways of development that suit you. What space do you need for this? What needs development and which ones? Who can support you in this? And how do we do that at gifted?
Examples
- A young athlete who flies off track within the “beaten path.
Her way of development needs different knowledge and attention.
We work from qualities that others see as barriers that need to be “remedied.
A deep understanding of her development from baby, toddler, preschooler, child, teenager to young adult changes the approach and therefore the exercises and results.
- A young athlete who develops to a high level in many areas, is easily bored and plays and studies internationally.
He builds confidence in different environments and exercises.
He is paired with leaders from business and education/research for a conversation.

- A young high school student, highly intelligent and versatile, wants to be challenged. We bring him together with other gifted young people in a meeting where they get to know each other and each other’s talents. They get to work on challenging issues that have strategic value for innovative companies that see the importance of innovation, technology and versatile people who want to excel.

Why let gifted young people work together on challenging issues? And use sports and exercise in the process?
Young people need skills and knowledge to excel in their achievements. Some young people already perform at a good level in several areas and are always looking for new challenges or ways to develop further. Without incentives, they quickly drop out and become bored.

Companies
Excellent companies know how to play together at a high level to achieve great performance. Fast and effective, appreciated by everyone involved and by their customers. In a dynamic balance always adapting yourself to the environment and adapting the environment to your efforts.

Today’s young people are the entrepreneurs, creators, inventors and leaders of the future.
Who, and with what talents and abilities, would you want working on big challenges?
We bring people with different levels of ambition together and facilitate the conversation. Sometimes we facilitate the conversation, but more so we facilitate the preparation so that conversations in organizations yield valuable insights, collaboration and results.
February 2025, up to 10 gifted youth, up to 3 companies focused on innovation, people and technology.
Research & Innovation
We explore giftedness within “people and organization” and apply it to complex issues. Design research always has something of solution and change towards the future and develops immediate value (insights, ideas, products) for the participants and the organization. We organize kick-off meetings to change the mindset, and make new combinations with arrangements of, for example, top sport and culture. We guide change processes with challenges that focus on people and their talents.
